Green tea

1 kg cake of Green Tea from China. Matures with age as does its value.  Break of a small amount of hard compressed tea, use about half a tea spoon size flake add to boiled water.  Leave for around 5 mins and watch how the tea exspands.  Once cool enougth to drink, taste the difference.  The small piece of paper is the teas certificate, without which it has no value, but we like to drink our tea, its very good for your health.
